Predictive Digital twin for Development of Biotechnological Solutions in Automated and Intelligent Robotics for Cold Atmospheric Plasma (CAP) Surgical Applications

General objective:

The specific objectives of the proposal are aimed at achieving the development of predictive CAP” application models and including two use-specific predictive digital twins that can address the three critical needs of predicitive models:

1. accounting for uncertainty in mechanistic model parameters by continuous integration of incoming patient data,
2. predicting uncertainty of parameters to estimate the risk associated with therapeutic outcomes, and
3. Support risk-aware clinical decision making under uncertainty. To this end, artificial intelligence and virtual reality technologies will be applied with the technical support of a technology center.
